Cancellation Policy
Your appointments are very important to us. The time is reserved for the services you have requested. To help you keep your appointment, our booking system sends a reminder prior to your appointment. We do understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we ask that you give at least 48 hours notice for adjustments to your appointments and for cancellations. Please understand when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, it prevents us from being able to fill the appointment slot and other clients may miss the opportunity to receive their services. Unfortunately, if we are not notified 48 hours in advance, a cancellation fee is required. This fee is 100% of your appointment total. If you cancel or reschedule within the requested time frame, there will not be any charge. We respectfully request a limitation of one transfer per appointment unless discussed otherwise. Please contact us in advance if you are going to be 10 or more minutes late to your appointment. We work hard to schedule the right amount of time for each guest! Unfortunately we cannot guarantee your spot if this is the case. If we cannot accommodate you on your scheduled appointment, it will result in a reschedule and the cancellation fee will be applied.
No Show Policy
"No-Showing" an appointment will result in 100% of the service fee being charged to the card on file. If any client "no-shows" 2 times, the appointment will have to be paid in full ,in advance to booking, or the client will not be invited back for future services.
